    Hello and welcome @Bluejayway
@Red maple every good wish for your OH too. Debs' week could be lovely AND lively!
I went out to go to Canasta today - waited half an hour at the bus stop when there should have been 2 buses in the time I waited. I was getting cobwebs! Eventually I had to give up and to console myself I called in at the chippy at the bottom of the lane on my way back home and bought chish and fips. They were dee-lish-us!
Wow T'Bird, you have been a busy bee! You do realise, that after Sewing Bee, I am expecting your tent pole bag will artistically transform into a party dress when you pull the string!

  • Thank you all for your kind words. Scan done. Waiting for the hospital transport to take me back. Results when I see doc in a couple of months.

Couple of months seems a long time to wait for results @rowlandscastle444. Couldn't your GP find out before then?

We managed to put up the little gazebo. It looks quite dainty but seems anchored quite firmly. It will look better, I hope, in a couple of years time when roses are growing on it.

Busy, your gazebo looks dainty and beautiful. Is it wide enough for you to sit inside it? What a lovely place to read a book. Have you given any thought to which roses you will grow up and over it? A super birthday present.

  • @Busy-Lizzie my GP won't get involved, and the really helpful Epilepsy Nurse has retired. Her replacement is not so friendly.Β

I'll see the neurologist in October, but I will write to him beforehand, to try and tease some information out of him. Or his boss!!

And yes, that gazebo does look flimsy, but if it is well secured, then there is definitely promise.
