    Morning all (from the CA),

    I might be at 11am a week on Thursday @Ladybird4 ;) It'll be my first professional cricket match never mind Ashes test!

    Weather is ok now, but forecast isn't totally reassuring for civic pride work later this morning. I'll go down and see anyway. First time in ages.

    Morning @Biglad. There is something very special about cricket matches like that. The atmosphere is usually very happy.
    Little bit of sunshine here right now so I'm off out to do stuff in the garden today - sorely tempted by the end of Novak Djokovic's match though. Hmmm decisions decisions!

    We had a good day yesterday. Friends came to lunch.

    Today will be sunny so a gardening day.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    I popped in to say Hello and I'm off to cottage. Today will be above 35 ℃, so very pleasant you can see. I have my protecting lotion and will make pauses, but job must be done. 
    Wish you all nice day, hope it's not too warm, and see you later.

    Good morning everyone.Gardening for me unless it rains .The heat and rain has caused an explosion of growth in my garden .I will have to tame it before it becomes a wilderness.
    I hope Hazels mum is feeling better .Ante take breaks during your hard work ,plenty of fluids .

    I must say @Ladybird4 that I have been thoroughly enjoying the Snoopy tennis cartoons. Most I pass to my wife, but my sisters and niece love them too.

    Beautiful picture @Ladybird4 to start our new thread with.
    We have sunshine here at the moment - showers are forecast for this afternoon. I’m hoping to do a little more tidying in the garden if it stays dry long enough. It might do, as yesterday stayed dry for much longer than forecast. In fact it was very pleasant until about 7 pm.
    Drink plenty of fluids @Ante1 when you’re busy in such heat.

    Lovely photo the new thread @Ladybird4 wouldn't mind a paddle in the sea. 
    Feeling a little better this morning, but still have a muzzy headache and feeling very tired. 
    @Songbird-2 have been thinking of you. Hope your mum is feeling better this morning. Take care x

    @Ladybird4, l love the Snoopy tennis cartoons as well, in fact l love Snoopy in general. 
    I used to have a scrapbook full of them 🙂.
