    Morning all.

Daughter 1, her OH and 2 of her 3 sons are coming for a couple of days. I did the food shopping yesterday while OH was at the dentist. I will have to put OH's lunch in the Magimix, mouth is a bit sore. He was prepped for 4 implants. We had fish pie last night, fish finely chopped.

Good morning Debs, Rosie and Busy. I definitely think that Graham is the Houdini of the tortoise world. Good luck in tracking down his escape route - err you haven't by any chance seen a little wooden vaulting horse anywhere???
Rosie, I hope that you don't have to wait too long!
Busy, have a lovely time catching up with the family and I hope that your OH's mouth gets less sore as time progresses.

I've been having a gentle potter. Think I will clear some room for my tomatoes in the GH this afternoon. I usually take the loose shelves out of the staging and pop the pots inside the 'skeleton'. This means I have plenty of support for the plants and it is so much easier when the plants haven't got too big. It is not as sunny here today as it was yesterday - it would be so nice to have a stretch of sunny days rather than one every now and again.

Morning all. Have been to SM for some items that I can't get in the delivery later. We noticed at the petrol station the diesel has come down in price again to £147.9 here which is really cheap. Still not at pre covid prices but getting there.
OH is out cutting the grass, he's very tired today after all his work yesterday so he'll have a rest this afternoon.
No sun today, like you LB, but it's quite mild. We went out without our coats on today. I like your idea of offering the toms some support through the shelving unit.👍
Debs, talk about the persistent escapee😂 He must think he's on Alcatraz😂 Go Graham!
Busy, enjoy having the family round and make the most of the little ones. They soon grow up.

Good afternoon everyone. I hope that you have all had good days. I've just had a message from my sis and she said it was raining in La Londe this morning but she and her OH have managed to get the new pergola built and fixed in place and she is now lounging with a G&T. Am I jealous? Is the Pope a Catholic?

    Good evening all.

LB, I'm sure you are not jealous, but I'm not too sure about the Pope.🤣🤣🤣

We finally had some sunshine. Forecast is promising for next week, so it will be time for plant everything what I have. Didn't go to the cottage, because I decided to rest a bit this afternoon. Now I'll have me dinner and cup of tea.

    I bet you’re not LB! 😉
OH has given the door its first undercoat and looking good. He’s also cut back garden grass too today so he’s watching footy now to relax. I’ve watered the pits as they were abit dry underneath and I’ve given the garden a sprinkle. It all smells lovely now.
We got a scam e mail today saying we hadn’t paid our TV licence and if we don’t we’re liable for prosecution! Marvellous, we have only just got our renewal which was duly printed out so the scammers have missed the boat😂Silly  people.

Good to see you Ante and fingers crossed the weather forecast is correct for you for next week.
How is the door looking now Hazel? Your OH certainly cracked on (Ante = worked very quickly) with that task. I'm pleased to see you watered your 'pits'! Those scammers are real chancers aren't they? I am always shocked when I hear of vulnerable people getting sucked into all sorts of dreadful scams and often losing life savings. It makes me very angry.
I am signing out for tonight you lovely lot. See you all in the morning.
