Got the tidying up done in the garden plus replanted a couple of plants to somewhere more suitable. Plenty of easy indoor jobs followed including a quick trip to Du*e*m for a new duvet.
Ante, I knew it...! ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿ˜‚ Lol.....

Good morning Rosie and all arriving later. Cereals and cuppa close by. Dull outside but I'm sure that will pass.

Good morning Rosie, LB and all to follow.

Another rainy and grey morning. I bet my plants enjoy in rain after wind and sun. At least I don't need to water them. I'm finished with my teaย  and it's time to go out.

Wish you all nice day and see you later!

Good morning Ante. I don't like to say it but I would really like a bit of rain soon. First task today is watering.
Have a good day at work.

    Good morning all.

Storms are forecast for this afternoon, maybe hail. I just hope it isn't hail like in June last year when around 4000 roofs were destroyed. Repairs are still going on.

Yesterday I did the first coat of paint on the stairwell. Bit of a fiddle but the ceiling isn't high and I managed to lean over the landing banister with a long handled paintbrush. Still have most of the landing walls to do then all over again with the 2nd coat.

Good morning Busy. Gosh, I remember the news of those hail storms. Some years back, friends of my sister and BIL had been holidaying with them in France and on their return journey they got caught in a severe hailstorm and his (much treasured) car's roof was covered in dimples where the hailstones - some as big as golf balls - had struck it. He was devastated.
Hope that you don't have to stretch too far for the next coat and that your arms aren't stiff today. Not long now until you return here.

Morning all. Its cold this morning with very overcast skies. At least we don't have such a cold wind blowing though.ย
We have a trip planned for the local recycling centre to get rid of more rubbish, don't know where it comes from, then we are popping into town. Our freezers are running down.
Busy, our stairwell is such that OH has to literally walk the/a plank to get to the top of it. My heart stops every time he does.๐Ÿซฃ....and he's going to have to do it again, soon.๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Good morning Ruby and Hazel. I've been working in the garage (tidying up!) getting lots of cardboard boxes disassembled and put in the paper bin. I've filled all of the bird feeders and know I will have to order some more food soon. I have got a gazillion pots I need to get rid of. I am expecting plants today between 10:00 and 14:00 so I've come inside now to 'hover'.
Hazel, can you swing round mine and pick up my stuff for the recycling centre please.
