@Hostafan1 we booked a free timed slot for the museum but unless you are a member it's £16 each to actually see the new one. I would have paid but they had no slots for a week, unless you paid for a membership on the spot and then they would let you go in.

How very odd. We didn't "pay" but all gave a donation.

Hello all … we’re back from a trip to the Burns outpatients at Broomfield … they’re very pleased with him … but now he has some medieval-looking (his description) splints to wear at night to stop his grafts from contracting and tightening. Wonky is still here 😊 and we’ve all just had a huge Chinese takeaway … phew! 😋

@Dovefromabove  great to hear continued positive news, a long way to go I'm sure, but good progress.

I’m glad today went well Dove.

We had a surprise visit from one of Hubby’s cousins this morning.  We haven’t seen him for several years. He is a mad participant in get togethers with vintage Land Rovers. He lives in Victoria.    Very enjoyable.

cold and wet here today. 🤬

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
    Got to love a proper Landy @Pat E 😎

I woke early and watched the beautiful pink moon setting across the rise. Now its a bright and sunny morning … sounds as her brother had allowed the Wonderful @WonkyWomble a lie-in this morning … there’s the sound of gentle ‘sleeping’ coming from his direction. I s’pose I’d better get up … he’s expecting visitors later on today ….
