Good morning Busy. What a lovely family reunion you have had. It must have been so much fun with all those youngsters around and I'll bet that your OH with his new hip was able to make the most of that magic meeting without the pain. I can almost smell those roses from here!

Morning all,  Had a long lie in this morning.  Planning to do more potting on and this evening I am doing a bit of babysitting for Secondborn as she is going out for a meal with a friend.  Feeling a bit better today so hoping the virus has burnt itself out.
Hope you all enjoy your Bank Holiday.

Gosh it's quiet on here today.  Have just finished potting on a load of seedlings but have now run out of space to put anymore.  Conservatory window ledges and my small greenhouse are both full.  Look like I'm going to have to clean out the cold frame.

Afternoon all. What started off as a nice sunny day has now turned to rain again. Will it ever end?
Yvie, our greenhouse sounds the same as your windowsills, chocker block full.
Busy, your family will have been so pleased to see you and OH. Hope OH is holding up with all the travelling and sitting.
Thank you for  all your kind wishes and words, means a lot to me.
Oops, white rabbits too, had almost forgotten it was the start of May today .Wish the weather knew that too.

Good afternoon all. Just back from visiting my friend. Her OH has had his angiogram and they have discovered a narrowing in one of his arteries. They are going to have a consultation with him to decide what happens next. I think I have a permanent rain cloud over me because as I turned into my lane it started again.
Good to hear that you are feeling better Yvie. My windowsills are all full too but as I have moved some plants out into the garden from the GH and therefore created some space, I will be transferring my tomatoes and pelargoniums out there soon

    Morning all (from the CA),

Started yesterday at 5am packing the car with OH for her to go off and do a car boot sale with her friend. Finished as it was going dark using up the last of the mortar mix on a couple of jobs outside. Quite a productive and profitable (for one of us at least!) day.

Back to the tedium this morning though :o
