    Morning all (from the CA)

Off to watch my team today. Haven't been for a few years (definitely pre-covid at least) but got a message last night asking if I wanted 2 tickets that had become available.

Was planning a full gardening day but happy to halve it.

Good morning all. Sun is shining here this morning hoping for a few hours in the garden before I go to oldest daughters for lunch. Fiancé is seeing his family going to motorcross with them not my idea of fun.
Yesterday was very busy and stressful the usual bank holiday” I forgot to order” and “the doctor said he would do a script” but looking forward to my long weekend.

Good morning Biglad and Debs. Enjoy the match Biglad - hope it stays fair and that your team win for you. Handy brother - Evertonian - is currently in melt-down!
Debs, the two words that spring into my mind when I hear Motorcross are mud and noise. I think you made the right decision. I know we have 'mud' in our gardens but somehow that does not seem to be as much of a negative! You can now chill out and forget the stroppy customers.

@Ladybird4 exactly! Also lots of people all talking about Motorcross not interested at all but nice for fiancé to spend time with his family.
Raining here again. No gardening as such today I think.

    Morning all,
Fine and sunny here for now, it’s supposed to be raining. Perhaps that will come along later.
Managed to get a few gardening jobs done yesterday and may do some more today if it stays dry enough.
Motor cross is not my idea of fun either @debs64. I think you’ve chosen sensibly 😁.
Hope you all have a good day.

.Sorry, haven't read back. Rather a sad day here. We've heard that our great nephew has passed away. Very sudden. He was only 22.
  • I feel quite sleepy after a small Baileys after doing some chores.  I ordered some citric acid to clean the toilet as want to use less harmful ingredients, apparently the first time you use it you put it in neat, hopefully it will remove a dye stain, recommended on the internet, I’ll report back.  P.s don’t put boiling water down the toilet as some advise it will crack the porcelain.  LB hope you’re resting with Lily.  Biglad enjoy the game, wrap up warm.
