Liliana (Poulsen)... also called Clair(e?) Renaissance, I think. Really beautiful, glowing peach. Kathryn. Sorry to keep posting this. I love it. Ferdinand Pichard... sublime fragrance. I'd forgotten.
Picking a lot so they don't fry... Darcey, MW, Twilight Zone, Ferdinand Pichard. Mind the dodgy 80s wallpaper.😁
My first proliferation. So excited by this. My sister in law probably thought I was bonkers.😁 Found on two roses.
Susie (Harkness) And Charles Rennie Macintosh
But I sent sis home with a bunch of fragrant roses, and she seemed very happy with that!
Also... in my third year... I finally got a bloom I liked off Eyes for You! Gold stamens visible in all their glory. Perhaps there is hope for mine, @JessicaS. Blue for You is stunning. Can't thank @purplerallim enough for the recommendation. And last but not least, the GLORIOUS Lark Ascending.
Fabulous @cooldoc Looks like 'Elizabeth' you've captured there too.. I'm so glad you had a nice day there, I was wondering if their roses might be behind a bit, but seems not..
Magnificent @edhelka 'Purple Skyliner' is such a lovely climber, I think much better than its obvious parent 'Veilchenblau'.. I do feel it supersedes this rose now, for me, but not for everyone of course.. The late Frank Cowlishaw bred such wonderful roses..
Thanks @cooldoc for DA pic esp Emily Brontë further to @agnasia's earlier info. It gives me the courage to train Emily against my back fence. I will start training.on canes and then move the whole plant back next winter.

Thank you.
Yes, I think it is a better rose. But obviously, 'Veilchenblau' is much bigger and a once-bloomer, it must look stunning when really big and in full flush.
'Purple Skyliner' is easy to grow and extremely versatile rose. It could be a standard climber (for a fence), a patio climber (for a trellis panel or an obelisk), an obelisk or a pillar rose, or even a large shrub. It is vigorous and easy to train. The first flush is awesome and it repeats on new growth but it isn't like the first flush.

I'm tempted by your Ferdinand Pichard 😁
Almost blemishless.
Emily Bronte treated like a climber against wall in the second pic.. the single one pot is Dannahue..
