It did snow at Thredbo and a couple of hills in Victoria, but not come to us.   I think the weather bureau lies. 🤭

  • Morning everyone,  all the talk of Agapanthus   I must investigate ours. Mostl of the leaves on theevergreen ones are just mush. I  left them to protect the crowns from more frost not sure if I dud the right thing. Our green bin collections finally restarted  this week. Our was very full and heavy but no excuse now. Trouble is we are still busy in bedroom clearing old wardrobes ready for removal.  I  don't buy many clothes usually just have a few wash and wear till they are worn out, but even I have found things I had forgotten about,  hardly worn etc.
Oxfam are doing very well from us both at the moment. It's 😆

    Morning all.

Outside with a coffee! This is a real tonic. I can hear birds and church bells. Just noting all the jobs which need doing. Priority is the clear the mini pond of leaf litter ready for the frog spawn (usually end of Feb/into March).

    Have a pleasant Sunday all.

Morning all. Beautiful sunny day here today so far. Decided that I'm going to have a lazy Sunday as am feeling a bit ugh right now (this 'long covid' is a pain in the butt). Off to feed the birds in a mo, then breakfast, then wrapped up warm I will just sit outside and enjoy the sun for a while. Hope everyone has a good day.
ps. Loved your pictures @Pat E.

    Good evening.

Had an enjoyable weekend with friends.  A jazz concert Saturday lunchtime.  Good food.   Good wine and cheese in the evening and today after lunch.  The weather is very windy but sunny and almost warm out of the wind.

I hope you all had a pleasant weekend and are on the ball to greet the week which apparently is going to get another cold wave all week!!

    Evening all.

Brilliant sunshine and blue skies all day with a smashing pink sunset half an hour ago.
Managed to get outside and prune an euronymus hedge and after a late lunch I pruned a carpet rose that wants to climb not carpet. Only had the energy for two short sessions but good to be outside. Not warm enough for me to sit outside though @AuntyRach.

Glad you enjoyed your weekend @tui34, sounds fun and hope @Dovefromabove enjoyed her Sunday lunch with her son.

I've had a weeding and mulching afternoon, finished the long border. This is the middle bit of it. It's 90cms deep but doesn't look it in the photo.

    Evening.

I did loads in the garden today! Buds aplenty so I hope any cold snaps don’t harm them.

    Lovely pink sunset wasn’t it @Lizzie27 🌅

Just making a chicken dinner and everything has the eaten and tidied away by 8pm as my fave TV night starts then. Anyone else looking forward to the Happy Valley finale?! (9pm)

I hope everyone is settled in for the evening and doing ok.?
