5 hours grass cutting on Monday, 3 hours yesterday, another 3 today , and still it's not finished. Grr

    Evening.

Crumbs does it usually take that long @Hostafan1, or is it just because it’s first cut of the year? I think you’ve won the ‘earliest mow’ prize, out of all of us, anyway.

Take care all - particularly those still under weather or recovering.

    it's so long ( 12 inches in places ) , and it's so wet .
Every morning there's either melting frost, or dew, so it's blocking the mower .

I know I’ve said it before @Hostafan1 … but I just couldn’t have all that grass without running some stock on it … your place is crying out for a Ha-ha 😂

    Its my farming genes 😉

If I had great wads of cash I had nothing else do with, I would have a Ha Ha and maybe some alpacas
    Devon.
  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
My son lives next door to a field of alpacas.
No frost here this morning … 3C grey and still.

    Good morning everyone!

Actually inspired and motivated to get into some serious gardening/weeding.

So:  A la Sainte-Appolline, présage certain, l'hiver s'achemine ou touche à sa fin!

    Stay safe, stay warm.

    Good morning all.

Another bright day at minus 6. This morning it was lovely to see the sun rise through the trees. I did go to aqua gym yesterday, cold! but it does a lot of good to my head and I don' get back pain unlike gardening. This is becoming a worry of mine, if I can't do what I like to do in the garden because of this back, what is going to happen to me? Better not go there.
I am so sorry @Pat E did they at least apologise?

@Hostafan1 re your links. I do not live in the UK but I still have family and friends there, I know how unhappy people are. The 30p business for a meal really shocked me (and I cook from scratch) such hypocrisy. Here is far from perfect, but at least I can still see a GP on the same day.

Get the alpacas anyway and an electric fence 😂

    Have a good day all
