Oh @Dovefromabove I'm so sorry. I hope your son will be all right. What a worry for you. Sending hugs.

Everything crossed for your son @Dovefromabove and for your bro @WonkyWomble.  Anxious times.  Hugs from me too.

  • Just heard he’s being taken to Stoke Mandeville as there’s no spare beds at Broomfield. I’m to ring in the morning 8 am.
    Unsurprisingly I’m wide awake …

  • Morning @Dovefromabove, sending my very best wishes to you and your family, I really do hope he is ok, what terrible news.

  • Thank you @D0rdogne_Damsel and everyone. Stoke Mandeville rang at 4ish. He’s having an op now. They’ll ring later. He has burns to his face, torso, arms and hands.

Oh no!!  @Dovefromabove  I hope you will know exactly what happened later in the morning - keep us informed - thinking of him as he comes out of the operating theatre and of course you and @WonkyWomble  for the after care.

    Good morning to you all!

Heavy frost this morning, but bright sunshine is promised and no wind.

@D0rdogne_Damsel   I hope things pan out for you in the future - your restaurant will be getting even busier with spring and summer looming.  May you have reliable staff for this busy time.

Dinner went well last night - now for the tidying up!

Have a very pleasant Sunday and @Dovefromabove  Have a good news Sunday.  I am sure we are all worried about your boy.

  • Good morning all,  one snag of trying to cut down it takes longer to read back.
So sorry to hear about your son @Dovefromabove joining everyone in wishing for a good outcome.
Hope you are feeling better too @Pat E

@Dovefromabove and @WonkyWomble - my thoughts are with you. Keep strong together (and when you don’t feel strong,  you have each other)
