I'm making a chicken curry tonight.
The chicken has been in the freezer over 2 years and the jar of sauce is BBE 12  2020.
Last night I had cannelloni , also in the freezeer over 2 years and a pasta sauce which was BBE Jan 2022

    I'll let you know.
    Devon.
  • We went to a matinee performance of much ado about nothing. It was a modern production.  Two rows in front in comes Prince Edward,  no fuss no big entourage. Great.

If the food from the freezer is well heated it will be fine, just might have lost some flavour.

We took our friend home from hospital then went to Tesco for the weekly shop.

Having another quiet day here except for a Chiropractic appt at 3.30.  I can’t lift my arms above my shoulders. 😡  Last Monday, I tripped on a step on the veranda steps, saved myself with my arms on the railing and felt happy that I hadn’t landed on the floor. However I’ve been very sad and sorry ever since with painful shoulders which must’ve taken a good jarring. I went in to the Hospital yesterday and had x-rays and nothing is broken.

No sign of the blokes with the new metre.  Certainly no apologies.

Been to my favourite Chiropractor. Tendons torn in shoulder he guesses but he isn’t allowed to request a scan unless he is a Dr.  So, when I see her next week I’ll ask her to give me the paperwork. 😒 anyway I’ve been treated with ultrasound. Bah!  Fed up.

Hello everybody, sorry about my complaining.

  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
-1C and a touch of frost out there … the waning moon was shining in here a moment ago but now it’s hazy behind a cloud.
Think you’re entitled to have a moan @Pat E … you’ve had a bit of a tough time … at least here you can have a winge and get it off your chest … our shoulders are broad … we can give you a hug and a cuppa and hopefully you’ll give us a 😊
