    👍
Sadly, I think winter proper starts then, not spring.  Unfortunately!

Well, yes, but ... ☀️ ... once the shortest day is over, each day is a little longer and gradually, slowly, we get to snowdrops and daffodils, etc.  Hence my RTBC.  Daylight extends and moods lift in anticipation.

Happy birthday for tomorrow, @Hostafan1! 🎈

  • Happy Birthday for tomorrow @Hostafan1.

At the gardens where I  volunteer there was a stack of coppice Hazel , I asked the head gardener if they were needed and could I have some for bean poles. He said "take as many as you want, or they will be chipped and composted"  Result 😁
