Hello, lovely bright day here too but cold wind. We went to Myddleton House Gardens, just round the corner from Capel this am. It's not renowned for snowdrops but there are plenty there to admire, along with crocus, early narcissi and some Helibores. It was quite busy so I hope we don't suffer your problem @chicky. @tui34, I think you meant next test negative.
Hello everybody, sorry to hear you caught covid @chicky, hope you feel much better soon. We decided that if one of us ever caught it, it would be far too late to isolate ourself in a bedroom so we we'd just stay inside the house/garden. I couldn't bear to be shut away for a week and would find it very uncomfortable to sit for long without my electric recliner. Hopefully we won't have to put it to the test.
It's been a glorious day here after a rather chilly start. I've done some washing, painted the top of the arbour, planted a new rose 'Chandos Beauty' and dug up another six box stumps. That last job is rather tedious and hurts my hands but needs must.
Glad you've got transport @Hostafan1 and that you and the chicks are better @Obelixx.
My OH also managed to cut the back lawn yesterday @Busy-Lizzie. Do hope your OH's tests are fine and he has his op soon.
You'll be fine @Ergates, we all do have to try to get back to normal. We've got a weekend away in a hotel booked for the end of March - really looking forward to it.
Maybe you should wear a white coat for the next 3 days @Busy-Lizzie. Just to get him used to it by Thursday.
Hope that's all done with now @chicky and you'll be fit for spring.
Doors all done but our bedroom door will need another coat as will 2 of the doorframes and then those 2 also need a trim to hide the joins between frames and wallboard. Stopping now tho so I can cook dinner in peace. Decided to do roast beetroot with garlic and thyme instead of kale cos the PSB has some fine young foliage on the flower stems.
Have a peaceful and comfy evening everyone.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Cut back an overgrown buxus and found these .
Let's just say they're not there now.
