Just realized we've not heard from @Ben Cotto for a bit. Hope you're both okay Ben.

I’m awake early because Hubby has an appt in Canberra today with his Ophthalmologist.  His mate is driving him up there because he’s not really well enough for the return trip.  It’s going to be a long day on my own.  I might have to find some long overdue tasks to keep me busy. 🤭

Or just play @Pat E!  A little bit of peace to get on with jobs or projects of your own is always good.

Bedtime here.  Enjoy yourself whatever you do.

Goodness you have all been so busy what with plants, seeds, cooking, mechanical problems etc! We had one bit of good news early this week - took daughter's car to the garage first thing Monday morning for its MOT, got a call at tea time saying 'all done, do you want to come and collect it'? Passed with no advisories!! Went to collect it on the Tuesday, smiles all round. Have to say that both her car and my old van are off to the garage as soon as they make a squeak or a squawk or give us a feeling that something is not quite right so when the MOT's come round there is little to be checked or repaired. It is actually cheaper in the long run we have found.
I gather that tomorrow's weather is supposed to be pretty cold with possible snow in some areas - grandson is off for an outdoor orienteering day, poor lad, although I don't suppose he will mind as he is used to being outside a lot of the time helping on his Dad's farm.
Well I have waffled enough, just want to send hugs to @yviestevie - hope things will improve for you really soon.
    Good night all, sweet dreams.

  • Morning, @Pat E @Hostafan1 and @Dovefromabove, nice to see you back @Hostafan1 and, no news is good news.

Back to work for me today, but have enjoyed a couple of relaxing days, especially being able to potter in the garden.

Have a good day all. :)
