I hope she can be persuaded to go to hospital as sometimes the fitter people get it worse @Yviestevie.  Sorry if that sounds grim but it's essential she gets early treatment if she needs it.   Fingers and other extremities crossed for you and yours.

Trust you to bring a bit of "culture" back @chicky!  Possum, not enamoured of BBC or Sky offerings, has had us watching the original 6 Star Wars films but refuses to watch the latest series and now has us n Indian Jones if you please.  Good job I have some hand sewing to do tho I did enjoy all these first time around.

I am rather concerned to hear about your daughter @Yviestevie [ although none of my business, I know ]. Young, fit people can [very rarely ] become very sick, very quickly, in which case the best place to be, is hospital.

I am not trying to alarm you, and possibly should just stay quiet, but it is difficult when you know stuff. Very sorry if I am trouble making, not intended.

Sorry to hear that your daughter is poorly @Yviestevie. Sometimes it’s difficult to make sense of being told you are ill, when you are ill. It can be hard to think straight when you are feeling unwell and anxious - understandably. Maybe ask her what she is worried about with going in? Hasn’t she been contaacted by a GP/111 or is the advice from another source? Like Punk said, sorry to nose in but I just wanted to reach out in case that helps at all.

Thank you for all your kind messages.  She can be very stubborn (don't know where she gets it from).  I know that she wont take any notice of what I say, but she has promised to contact me if anything changes.  I have spoken to her Hubby this evening and he says they have a machine to monitor her oxygen levels.  They are a bit low but not too bad and they have numbers to call if the levels drop.
@punkdoc you are definitely not trouble making you have only said exactly what I was thinking, thank you for your concern.

@Yviestevie I agree with @punkdoc but  as a mere scientist I wouldn't dare diagnose  or give clinical advice. Oxygen sats don't have to drop that much to cause concern anything below 93 needs action immediately. If you google Oxygen Saturation NHS, the first link should give  you the correct advice, tell her hubby to look at it if he hasn't already. It says between 95 and 93 needs careful monitoring, below 93 needs action.  Unfortunately sometimes the bodies  immune response to the virus causes more issues than the virus itself. Fingers crossed.
