Good morning folks 😊  and a happy and healthy 2021 to us all 🤞 🍾 
Plus ca change, plus c’est la même chose ... so here we are, heading into a new year on our own  ... friendship and mutual support and encouragement is so important, and this is the place to find a hand to hold, an arm to lean on and a shoulder to cry on .... or to share a jolly good laugh, so I’ll put the kettle on .... tea or coffee anyone?  Help yourselves ...

    we were tucked up in bed by the time midnight arrived and someone nearby set off an almighty firework display. It certainly seemed like a forceful farewell to 2020 ... we’ll wait to see what 2021 has waiting around the corner for us ...

    Wishing that this year will be as fruitful as last year in our gardens.  During these uncertain times, the garden is the best therapy you can find.  It makes us hope.  It gets us outside into the fresh air and we can eat healthy vegetables and enjoy the beautiful flowers.  
    May 2021 be a good year in your gardens to bring you health and happiness.
    A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

    I haven't been on this thread recently, but I'll just wish everyone health and happiness. I don't see New Year as anything but another day, but I know many people are different.
    That's what this forum is - lots of different people.
    Please be kind, please be safe, and please look after those you love. You're lucky to have them, even if they drive you nuts sometimes.  :)
    The snowdrops will appear soon, heralding another change. I will raise a cuppa to that, and then defrost the car to take my daughter to work. 
    No rest for the wicked..... ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Happy 2021 all - as per what @Fairygirl says I'm not a big fan of NYE generally  but glad to see the back of 2020 and hopefully during 2021 a return to more socialising  for those that enjoy it! 
    Kindness is always the right choice.
