DD both your shortbread and little cakes look gorgeous! I need to make some Christmas shortbread ( but I'm too rubbish to get neat shapes so just end up with fingers ). @Pat E that tree pic looks like it should be a framed print on a wall ! Morning Dove . Think will need to be another all-day heating day here too.
Hi Desi. I don’t think i will want reminders of the windy days we’ve had. We were going to cut that Eucalyptus up today, but got side tracked into trimming grass around the house instead. After all, it’s not going to go anywhere since it’s hooked up on the fence. 😡
Morning all/afties, evening @Pat E. Oh will be busy then. Those look lovely @D0rdogne_Damsel. Oldest fairylet came home last night with 'stuff' to make her mince pies etc. Sadly, my little food mixer has finally given up. I've had it for well over thirty years, and it has made all the girls' birthday cakes, desserts, and whipped cream and everything else during that time. I don't think it owed me anything. Fairylet made some cakes last week for a charity bake sale they had at work. Warmer now than it's been since Saturday afternoon. We're back to rain and wind after two days of frost and fog. I'd much rather have the frost
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Cold and damp again, we had snow too yesterday, heavy for about an hour but luckily turned to rain and washed away.
More orders for Christmas Cupcakes today and shortbread biscuits - whose idea was it to advertise lots of Christmas goodies??? Oh yes, mine.
Back into the kitchen then.
Little taster anyone?
