It's on Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme @punkdoc. Always a bit overshadowed by BOTW as an album, but contains many of my favourites. The closing track [the news and Silent Night] makes for sobering listening.
That whole lyric [ASDPhilippic] is brilliant. How could anyone not like : 'I've been mother, father, aunt and uncled Been Roy Haleed and Art Garfunkeled '
and ' I've lost my harmonica Albert' spoken right at the end Makes me smile every time I listen to it I suppose they were very much 'rivals' at that time, in terms of writing, but I'm sure there was always grudging respect by Mr. Simon
Will have a look at that thread...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Just finished packing the van to take some stuff to our new house in County Clare, which will become ours tomorrow... scary and exciting... but no internet yet, so I'll be out of Forum contact for 10 days until I get back.
See you later!
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
Have a great trip @Liriodendron. Hope you get loads done, have loads of fun and meet some of the new neighbours. We've moved all our pots out of the party barn this morning so they can enjoy the afternoon sun and any rain, as well as regular sprinkling, and you'll be pleased to know my baby liriodendron is looking fab. Lots of really big new leaves.

Have a good trip @Liriodendron ......and happy decorating when you get there 🎨
Car hunting yesterday wasn’t too painful - couple of possibilities identified.
About to go on a bike ride, but waiting for Mr C who is glued to the cricket 🏏. Loud cheers keep floating up here, so I think its getting exciting. Looking a bit threatening out there tho - August so far has been pants 👎🏻
weeded a couple of beds, so feeling a bit virtuous 😇👼🏼
I'm frightened to look at the cricket nowadays, @chicky... Glad the car search wasn't too hideous. I'm venturing outside because the rain has gone off....she said delicately....

I seem to remember August being pants here last year and the year before too but in 2016 when I was painting new bedroom walls ready for the move we had temps in the high 30s....... "Pants" is easier for my garden, such as it is, but not so good for the holidaymakers and maybe the local economy too.
OH has found a wasps' nest in the PT. He thinks it needs "dealing with" but I've given strict instructions to leave well alone.

He does lizards, I do spiders and live mice and birds. We both rescue bees and butterflies and moths. Now he knows to leave wasps alone cos they're good guys too.
