    I went for a walk to collect pine cones for the heater and noticed that an ant nest has been visited by an echnida.

    hello @Pat E šŸ˜Š great picture ... we might need to borrow your echidna šŸ˜† Ā ...Ā Ā thereā€™s an ant nest under our front step and they keep trying to move into the house

    Its a lovely sunny morning and the weather forecast has improved ... the rain has disappeared.Ā

    Think the ants would need to invest in a canoe here if they want to invadeĀ  :)
    They'd have been ok yesterday though - lovely in the sun in the afternoon. Hope the wee goldie is back today

    His mumĀ  and dad were up in the conifer letting him know they were nearby. He was very laid back thoughĀ  :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    That's the problem during summer, isn't it @AuntyRach ? People on holiday and different crews. Ours tend to be later rather than earlier.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
