...lucky you.. delicious red rose, and looks the correct one... I'm sure you'll be delighted with them...

@Ffoxglove … you will have to post a photo of your rose so I can have a look at it...

I expect it's still very much alive, just needs some t.l.c….
..this is mine at the moment, just setting some buds I think... looking forward to this rose... it's new to me..

Here are some for today... I might have a few more later.. another dry sunny day in East Anglia.. hope it is where you are too... could do with a right old downpour if I'm honest... none in the forecast as usual.. it's almost drought like here again, grass is starting to turn brown..

..'Tottering-by-Gently'.. first lovely bloom on this single yellow Austin rose..

..lavender 'Charles Rennie Mackintosh'.. first bloom of the season on a non stop flowerer..

'Forever Royal'..  just my favourite floribunda rose... carefree, easy and scented...

'The Ancient Mariner'.. just opening its large scented blooms... one of my best roses without question..

    'Anne Boleyn'.. again..

That Lavender Charles RM looks beautiful. Is it scented? I'm searching for a scented, lavender rose.

… here are some of my Helianthemums... I've never got enough of these, as they go so well with early roses..

Helianthemum 'Wisley Primrose'...  probably the longest flowering..

    Helianthemum 'Bunbury'.. new this season..

Helianthemum 'Ben Ledi'.. I like this dark colour a lot..

I also have 'Lawrenson's Pink' and 'Fire Dragon'.. not quite out yet..

Jess in the Garden... it has a light scent.. not strong..

..also... there's no need to quote my photos in a post if you want to ask a question... as it just repeats the photos.. and they take up enough space as it is.. I'm sure you'll understand that..  thanks for looking in..
