    Poor you 😢

OH is in the spare room and all is quiet from there ... however yesterday my chest started being quite wheezy and rattly and about 4am I started coughing ... and haven’t stopped yet 😷

Tennis starts again today after the Christmas break ... not sure whether to give it a try ... don’t want to be struck down by a paroxysm of coughing 🙄

exercise is best avoided, unless it's in the garden.

Nothing good about it, but morning anyway.
How can you lie there and think of England

Glad you got some sleep @Hostafan1 ... I’ve cancelled tennis ... seems I’m not the only one with a bad cough.
All I have to do today is nip down to Wrose after Popmaster then it’s a lazy day for me. 😎

I actually managed 6 hours last night for the first time in three days. ( the night before didn't settle till 4am) 🙄 It seems the light levels, constant clouds, makes me dopey and listless all day, but not sleepy at night.🙄

The sort of garden film you need to watch at 3am on a stormy winter's night when you need to be up in 4 hours and could really do with 8 hour's sleep before then. It's an interesting series actually and nice immersive audio if you've got headphones on.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
