Yes, it's beautifully put together. I saw it last night before going to sleep and it was just perfect for winding down.

Fabulous garden.........beautiful piece of music.  You have a super collection of plants.  I notice you have no grass, I'm slowly eradicating my garden of grass too.  Why have grass when you can have plants!
Thank you Mary,..fourteen days to Autumn and not a leaf falling as yet,..getting rid of the grass is a good idea as far as i am concerned,..its less of a chore and plants can take up that space,..i have one path covered with flagstones,..another with stepping stones and the third with just gravel.

A new lot of blooms appearing now are Asters,..i have these over 16 years,..they multiply but i have them in the wrong location for them to spread,..i must try moving them soon.

That 'baby barnsley' would be beautiful in  wedding bouquet.........very pretty.

  • @Mary370,..its a lovely bloom,..i had one in a builders rubble container,..a great big cheap long lasting container,..the plant thrived so as usual i took a cutting to keep,..then a friend asked me to root a cutting for him,..i did but he never picked it up,..now i have three plants,..they grow fast and are hardy and are a Mallow.

The last pic you have above makes a mallow look very exotic indeed!

I don't notice the blooms so much when they are surrounded by other plants,..i must place them elsewhere.

Did you say you were looking to change the planting to a more jungle look?  Have you found new plants you want to introduce?  With the current weather it definitely giving us all the opportunity to look at new seeds/plants etc. online.
