Good morning all G'day Pat OHs mum plays in a big ukelele band ... they give concerts all over East Anglia ... she loves it and had made lots of friends.
Its raining heavily here.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Quite the winter wonderland yesterday as I drove my father around the green lanes to help him with his footpath warden duties.
Somewhere under there is the main road. Beautiful although several cars naturally made a right hash of it; if only they'd get out the car and use the grit bin on the ice skating rink they were creating. Hey ho.
Exciting news people; guess who has YET ANOTHER new boss. Shall we place our bets on this one? I'm thinking I won't even see him until the end of January.
Which is good as now I'm ignoring the whole idea of waiting for permission we're getting stuff done. We're in the Tesco carrier bag token charity things next month to raise month to create going home hampers for people who have been in hospital and need assistance. I don't think we'll win but second would be nice. Poor Worksop they'll be sick of the sight of me on my publicity wagon. Determined to leave things better than how I found them regardless.
Day off today so it's household chores and 32kg of raw meat to cut up to make dog meals.
Oh and I need to make another Christmas cake: this one tastes fine but I don't think it cooked properly.
Pat - adjusted ok, just had to move to my winter wardrobe ..... I think it’s Fairy that says there is no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong sort of clothes

That’s good to know Dove. The ones I met today seem motivated, so it’s worth a try. Need to get my finger tips hardened up again after many years.
