No clotted cream here but I have found a recipe and a copper preserving pan.  Just need to find some unpasteurised cream now............

Yes.  I've even got strawberries growing in window boxes while they wait for their new bed.

Given I've just read on t'net that I need to wait 6 weeks for the brushkiller spray to dissipate before I can plant anything it'll be cream teas for the neighbours next year then.

I've spent a lot of the afternoon packing up crockery and cutlery from yesterday's Tea. Have lost 2 teaspoons and gained 2 knives image No clotted cream in France, as Obs said, we used Mascarpone, which is triple cream. They say it's cream cheese but it doesn't taste at all cheesy.

Hi Busy so glad to hear yesterday went well. You must be quite tired!

I never thought of using marscapone instead of cream. Can't get it in Moscow or Hong Kong

absolutely bucketing out there.  Spent the day dodging showers and trimming the new twigs off my very old trees, my they do look better

Does anyone know if there is a thread for Gardens we Have Visited 2017? I've done a search but I can't find it. I thought there was one.
