Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Pat - yes, LEPRA is a charity working to treat and eradicate leprosy. When I was born there wasn't a cure, just care, so it was a remote colony caring for sufferers. My parents stayed 5 years and then came home to protect us from catching it.
Saw bits of Stargazing - that woman presenter/scientists drives me mad. Why does she have to appear so dippy? Take it gently GWRS.
Thought I was OK this morning but stiffening up so back on the muscle relaxant meds and taking it very easy - frustrating but I'll get there.
The dentist will take your mind off the weather Hosta.

Most interesting looking at those kitchen photos. Hopefully one day we'll have a new one here... I like the existing B&Q oak doors, but the kitchen was installed by the previous owner, as a "trial" before starting a new career as a kitchen fitter. The worktop slopes away from the sink, so I have to have a dishcloth permanently positioned to stop any spillage from the taps from running onto the food preparation area. Tiling was a bit of a nightmare, since he apparently found his spirit level before installing the wall cupboards, so the gap between worktop & wall cupboards isn't constant... oh, yes, almost forgot the best bit. They left us their dishwasher because "we can't get it out". We didn't realise the implications of this until, a year or two after we moved in, the dishwasher started making strange noises, and the smoke detector went off. Time to switch off the dishwasher. Where's the plug? Behind the dishwasher. Why can't we pull the dishwasher out? Because they installed the laminate flooring after putting in the dishwasher, cutting it to fit round it. I had to attack the laminate with a saw... I don't think he made a go of the career change.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Morning all. Good luck at the dentist, Hosta.
Looks like another warm sunny day, there is a bed full of yellow lamium and plants I don't like that I must sort. It's a real mess.
