I am keeping GW to watch in bed so it will counter the pain of setting my alarm for 05:30, for work image

Thanks Dove... at least the forecast is pants so I won't be missing any gardening time.

I'm armed with lavender tea and IPlayer so off to bed for me... 'see' you all tomorrow evening.

Have any of you been watching the wonderful wildlife programme on the west coast of Ireland?  It's absolutely mind- blowing!  Some of the best camera work I've ever seen!!!

Evening all. We are back in France. Luton airport was having building works and was very crowded, hard to find a seat. The plane was late then when we got to Bordeaux the airport was being evacuated because of a suspicious ownerless suitcase. But the drive to Luton was OK, daffodils all over the place on the way.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Good morning all image

We had rain overnight, but it's dry now. The weather this weekend looks as if it's going to be better than I thought - May head to the beach for a good stomp within the next couple of days ...oh, there's spots of rain on the window now ...
