    Good morning Hosta image

Well we all know Trump's an ill mannered unpleasant   oaf. I'm only surprised that he didn't try to grab anything else - he thinks he's clever by using physical tricks to make people uneasy and thereby gain advantage - the thing is that only works if youre not expecting it.

Im interested in watching the body language when he meets Putin - he's not a big man but has 'presence' and I'm sure he has more ways of establishing dominance than Trump has dreamt of.

Well that didn't work. The three of us sat down to dinner, Hubby jumped up and turned the Tele off while we ate, and now it's too late. Grrr! The theory is that our son gets less indigestion if the news isn't overtaking the room!

    Morning all/afties Pat.

Did you see Merkel's face.? That was enlightening....image

I think it's only a matter of time before someone smacks him in the face...or worse. Or is that better, rather than worse?  image

And don't get me started on that obsequious gnome Osborne. Some people would be happy just to get a job....image

Weather is a bit better today - wouldn't be hard - but rubbish for walking image

Just as well it wasn't too cold ( about 7 when I fed the birds ) as the heating hadn't come on.House warms up quickly though.

What a pity you had quite  stressful trips back and forth BL. Hope you had a good enough time here to make up for it!

I've recorded that Ireland prog Dove- might see it today at some point. GW's I can take or leave, to be honest. I recommended a programme to Topbird recently, which was part of the Natural World series 'A Highland Haven'. Caught it by accident - superb camera work.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
