Morning everyone when you drag yourselves out of bed. Lunch time here .
Thanks for showing your kitchens. They are interesting. mine is just a plain one. I've got a photo somewhere.
We are off to town for shopping because I missed Wednesday. The cyclone remnants have decided to move south and the Gold Coast is now getting heaps of rain. I think we might even get a bit later - maybe tomorrow.
The kitchen pics are wonderful aren't they, I'm very jealous. Have to laugh though as a kitchen spam post has appeared!
Pulled out all my allium bulbs today, they were all leaf and no flowers...crikey the place smelt. Trying to make my small courtyard in central/west London look exotic a la East Africa where I was born. I have 3 bananas, 2 in pots, 1 in the ground. 2 small water features, cannas, calla lillies, agapanthas.
Night Daisy. We didn't get home until after 3pm, and then tucked into a Woolworths cooked chicken. Now, after putting the shopping away, I'm flopped on the lounge chair with HRH. My toe seems OK if I don't test various movements too much. We haven't seen the sun today which is unusual for us so we're expecting rain. I don't think the temp has reached above 15c. Just shows what a difference a bit of sunlight does.
Good morning. Bright and sunny start here but a very red line on the horizon at dawn. Forecast is for sun all day so who knows?
Ribs are easing up as long as I'm careful about bending - really bad timing for putting kitchen contents back. Slowly slowly etc.
Need to pop out and buy more tonic and more paint later but another domestic day in store here. Need to sow some more spring onions.
Daisy - I too was born over there because my parents were running a colony and hospital for LEPRA. No memories of it tho as they came back when I was 3 and a half.
Pat - hope you get some warming sun today. Good for the toe.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

Too late Obelixx, since it's 5.35 pm, but I guess I shouldn't complain considering how much sun we had over the last few months. It's time your lot over there got a bit. My toe seems ok. I hope your aches ease soon.
By LEPRA, do you mean Leprosy? I worked in the leprosy hospital in Darwin before Cyclone Tracy cleared out Darwin.

I hope the fruit trees produce the sort of fruit you like. My cherries are magnificent at the moment.

Morning Dove. Drizzling here. Not sure whether to be happy or not, since it's also cold by our standards.

Morning all/afties Pat - is the toe bruised? Hope it's a bit better today.
Damp here but good for the stuff I put on the grass out in the back garden. All in the timing.
My side is still sore too Obelixx. Hope I can get something done later though.
Perhpas we could all start a kitchen thread of our own and send it to the spammers....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
