Awful news... another set of families will be left devastated and broken after today.
Very glad your son is ok Dove - hope anyone else with family in London are reassured too. I know what my Dad will say later - "glad you don't live there any more" - silly really but know he used to worry.
Let's hope Britain can be proud at all the security, police, armed forces, paramedics, fire and rescue, doctors and nurses, plus many others who will be called upon today to do their jobs with passion, skill and pride despite these horrible circumstances.
Heading into town in a minute, to an event on the edge of the locked down area (just outside it, part way along Victoria Street). A friend is still locked in the Palace of Westminster. Many colleagues very nearby. Strange days.
'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.'
They're just saying that hundreds of people are in Westminster Abbey - they are being looked after by the Dean and staff.
Hope it's not too long before he's able to leave LilyP. Of course, many who were in the area are being interviewed by the police in case they saw something relevant.
Glad son's not there - think he's on his way back to the Sussex coast for the night.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Dreadful news I often work in London, used to walk over Westminster Bridge twice a day. First I heard of today was Chicklet texting me to check I wasn't there ......so the tables do sometimes turn.
Thinking of all those with loved ones involved, and so grateful for our police and medics

Take care everybody.
They've now announced two people dead; one a police officer
Staff at Immediate Media GW magazine and their families may well live in or travel through the area affected by all this. Hope all are ok.
