The pain is just below the bottom of the left side of my ribcage. Feels like someone clenching everything in a fist. If that makes any sense. Not a stabbing pain, but very intense.

    It's fairly staitonary.

Hello Lesley, didn't see you. I'm sorry bout your Dad. It's such a difficult time when parents become old and ill. Must be a big relief for your poor Mum to have you there.

Son rang, he may pop round later with the two littlies. Wife is working today but he has the day off. They have a Nanny but she doesn't do Wednesdays as it's often a day or half day off school in France and she has a little daughter.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Hi all.

Trying to keep a low profile, as I seem to be getting the blame for Verdun and aym leaving, or maybe I am just getting more paranoid.

I just wanted to wish Hosta well and agree with the rest of you that it does sound like kidney stones, although could be other things. Plenty of fluids will help.

Lesley ((hugs))  sorry to hear your dad's so poorly - been there, done that - thanked the gods for an understanding boss.  She was a very keen gardener ... must say something about the type image

Am rushing about this morning as we have things to do and places to go before my tennis at 11 ...

so Hello to everyone/anyone I've missed ......... image

Pdoc - the people who are casting blame around are people who don't really know what's been going on.  There was far more very unpleasant 'stuff' going on than was caused by your 'winding up'

Nora and Daniel made the decisions ... not us ... let's draw a line under it all and move on image

Did you ever get your greenhouse sorted?

    Thanks guys.

It is not nasty PMs, but little digs on various threads yesterday. I am probably paranoid.

I am just going to post a bit less for a few days and hopefully manage to keep out of trouble.

No Dove, the greenhouse is still a tangled mess, patched up with Perspex and Gorilla tape. I need to get a new one, but the orchard where it is sited, is on quite sloping ground and I need to get someone in to dig a new base, so I can then have a bigger greenhouse.

Don't worry about digs Pdoc - it you feel it's getting too much flag them up to Nora.  Gardeners should stick to digging outside, not making digs on here.

I've got some good news to share ...... when I first 'met' Nut on here she offered me a baby Molly the Witch and we called at her house to collect it and that was the start of a great friendship.

Molly has been growing steadily in my front garden, and this year she has her first two flower buds!!!

    I am soooooooooooooo excited

tell him you'll take him shopping naked if he doesn't get dressed. That'll do the trick.
