    Hi all.

Freezing cold and trying to snow.

No playing outside, so another day studying I think.

Off to London tomorrow morning, so something to look forward to.

I can't get our car out to go and run errands and I can't get near the wisterias.   On the other hand, the kittens are entertaining me with their antics in the garden and I have found what I hope will be hyacinths popping up next to the surprise daffs in the weedy gravel.

Morning all image overcast here, but hoping improvements will come as I have a day at home today. Although no actual job at the moment, the gardening round has picked up a couple of renovation jobs so I've been digging over a terraced back garden that had gone to wilderness. So today I have a day in my own garden....fingers crossed for better weather! image

Obelixx, sounds all go there! Think the kittens will find it all very entertaining!

I've not been able to get on the site for a few hours. Anyway the rain eased off to almost nothing, but the forecast for more overnight. The next photo was taken at 6.30 pm and the drizzle has remained on the range. image

    Morning all, evening Pat!

Hope you get more of the promised rain overnight, Pat.  Those clouds look promising for somebody, anyway...

Sun and sleet this morning, but I'm hoping to get the community pruning finished near the market this afternoon, if I can stay warm enough!

Glad you're getting stuck in to some proper gardening, Wonky.  Hope you have a good day in your own patch today.

Sounds like genuine progress on the house, Obelixx.  Good news!

    Enjoy your day everyone!

Afternoon all, a busy morning, visited the GP and also the optician to get glasses sorted.  Came home and planted new Rhododendrons and hellebore.  Its a sunny day but breezy.  I'm thinking of going out again and sorting out the front garden when I've had another cuppa.  Have a good day everyone.

Just sorted a new fixed rate tariff for gas and electricity - in the few minutes I was 'on hold' I started browsing the new Chiltern seed catalogue - at this rate I'll have found a use for the saving I've just arranged image

    Well done, Dove!

Been pruning, but it's clouded over.

Heating oil man has just been, another expense, 2000L, more expensive in France than England.

Have forgotten to hang out the washing and some of it was a king size duvet cover so it would have been better on the line.
