Obelixx is it the paint? I know modern paints aren't supposed to be nasty nowadays, but my ex was a builder/decorator and he was once very poorly with headaches and nausea when he'd done a lot of decorating - hope you're feeling better soon.
I could tell it was spring as I drove south - apart from all the glorious wild cherry blossom (and there really is a lot) there was a field of rape coming into flower and a squidged hedgehog on the road
Two infallible signs that winter is over, no matte what the weather does.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
GWRS - it's Gardener's Question Time - the Radio 4 gardening programme - brilliant. And I get to submit a question ... I was in the audience once before, a very long time ago - when I was fifteen!

Just had such a laugh .... OH listening to the Radio News heard that '...Dame Vera Lynn's 100th birthday celebrations have been hampered by Paul Weller!' *
As he said, 'What's he up to now?'
*poor weather! Duh!

Oh Liri - I really hope you don't get stuck anywhere en route. The forecasts are a bit hit and miss depending on which one you read, but it'll certainly be windy and there will be snow. It's been every shade of weather here today as Joyce says....sometimes all at once. It got to about 6 when there was a bit of sun but it's already back down to three like it was this morning.
I'm slightly worried about your storage 'bogs' for clothes Yvie - won't they get mucky?
Excellent that you've lost enough that stuff doesn't fit. Always a bit of a boost.
Hope you get a tenant quickly Hosta. Sounds good anyway.
Not sure what spring holds for us here chicky. March came in like a lamb so it may well go out like a lion!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Evening all.
Gosh, hasn't it been lovely and peaceful on the Forum today?
I didn't want to say that Hosta, but...it certainly has....
How's your weather been today? Has it been Paul Wellered?

Fairy, the rain stopped, eventually but it's still breezy and chilly.
Coal face duties tomorrow and Wednesday looks to be dry, at last.
My grass hasn't been cut since about October and it's really , really annoying me.
Not the paint Dove. All water based and I had doors and windows open so I hope it's not that.. Loads left to do in other rooms.
Lots of lovely primroses out in the lanes now and that magpie nest is growing too.
