As an add on to that burglar story Hosta - they've just said on the BBC news that the police cautioned him while he was in mid air. You couldn't make it up! image

We've only had a couple of small falls this winter GWRS - so far anyway. There's a chance of  some tomorrow night though.

It's not unusual for us to have snow in March and April, or even May in more exposed areas, and it's common above 1,000 feet or so at this time of year and on into spring. Several times in  the past, I've been at shows (agricultural ) in April and May when it's snowed. Racecourses are particularly prone!

Sorry Clari. . I turned off when I realised the time.

We could have been having a good conversation in peace.image

I've managed to do a few little jobs in the garden today, even though it's been hot. My current policy is to make quick trips out and pull weeds, change hoses, trim zucchini leaves s ome of which are getting yellow and very prickly. They get put into the compost which also happens to be a worm farm. So I assume the coosting worms can cope with the prickles better than my hands and arms.image I'm picking one or two little zucchinis each day's, so we are eating well when combined with the tomatoes which are going crazy. So much for not growing many tomatoes this summer. I can't stop myself when I start planting seeds.

catch you later. Hope you caught up on your disturbed sleep.

    Raining again!

Think I'll hibernate today. Just do a few odd jobs around the house and then snuggle on the sofa with my knitting.

Have a lovely weekend everyone image
