    Hi all.

What a day, the noise was hell. They brought a skimming machine down which takes the whole surface of the road off.

Feel a bit better now though, The Wine Society has just delivered Christmas booze. We may not have any food, but we won't run out of drink. Always try to get my priorities right.

Managed to remove some of the many mole hills today and a few builders sacks full of leaves.

Wonder if I knew her LG.

    Good news BL.

Great news Busy.   Nice to have something positive to celebrate at any time of year.

We have moles here but they're not a problem yet as we are still in the musing and thinking stage.  However, the mole blaster will be out when I do find them to be too pesky.

Hope you get a weekend free of roadworks Punkdoc.   How long is it due to go on?

About to have dinner so Bon appetit everyone.

    Evening all.

It's only 20:00 and I'm already in bed. It's the most comfortable place in the house!

I've cooked the hound his dinner which he has mostly eaten (why there is tripe on the stairs I have no idea), I have steak but don't fancy cooking it with the smell of tripe lingering so instead have an orange juice... Rock and roll that sugary goodness!

Ouch Dove.   Sorry to say it might take a while to heal.   I stubbed my 2nd toe left foot the weekend we moved here and it still swells up and is painful if I overdo things.  No doggy walkies on dance class day.

We've just watched the last episode of Missing and found it disappointing.    Too many loose ends left hanging.   Never mind, good acting and a good story on the whole.   Last Tango to look forward to now and, of course, Strictly.

One last try at posting here, I've come on a few times and as soon as I click on post reply the page disappears taking my post with it.

I've made 82 mince pies, will make some more tomorrow as I promised 100 and we need some for ourselves.

The fencing, Joyce, was only thin metal poles for electric ribbon. To keep the horses off the hay, they are too fat. I will dole it out morning and evening. I also made a runway with fencing to guide the horses past the house and over the drive to their winter paddock. Horses aren't really OH's thing.

I hope punkdoc gets a break from the noise over the weekend. Will it start up again?
