Friend and I had lovely lunch then on to art exhibition.Carer told me about a quilting exhibition which was on in the same building.   We had time to see it too as carer said to take our time as she wasn't going anywhere after sitting with OH. She is such a kind person and has been coming on a Wednesday for five years .

Obelixx, Rasta will be enjoying his new home with the added interest of chimneys.

Dove, glad the Cupping procedure is being effective.

Thats useful, Dove. I may just use the wording as a statutory declaration.

Or I could just put a rocket up their ****

Just make sure the cup is the right sort. I read about a man who had been using his girlfriends "mooncup" for his mouthwash because his usual tumbler was missing. OOps.image

You are up to date with your tetanus jabs aren't you?  If not get yourself along to the GP tout de suite and get the Practice Nurse to sort you out!

Pork chops and fennel delicious - now I'm flolloping on the sofa (what, again? I hear you exclaim) with my knitting, in front of Victorian Bakers - my paternal Gt Grandpapa was a Victorian Baker.

  • My great grandfather was a village baker, like the ones we saw last night thank goodness - life then wasn't easy but it wasn't as hard as the life being shown this evening.

My family were the Rules, mentioned in the extract of Kelly's Directory for 1900 shown here http://www.guildenmorden.gov.uk/major_events.html
