Shame. but I understand that problem. When I trained for my first marathon, (sorry, that sounds a bit pompous) I worked weekends every week and ended up training alone, running at all sorts of odd times to fit around work. Tough but I actually think it built up my stamina and determination for the actual race day.
I have tried to get my running club to set up the Park Run here in France, it is up and running in the north, but so far no luck, it is a big commitment from a lot of volunteers. I do lead a jogging club on Sunday mornings though and we usually manage about 6k, they are all women of a certain age so I am proud of them for that and they try really hard. Love running though, free & easy, just like me.

I forgot to mention in my picture post the garden faces west and unfortunately we do get a lot of wind and salt air as the sea and beach are just beyond the houses and trees you can see on the other side of the school playing field.

Fidget, I'm stumped with trying to find the Goose Fair, I've tried several tags, but none have brought it up.
Good to see some people coming back on line. Steve with the boat, and Steve the Vet. I must admit I've been wondering about Punkdoc and Bushman.
Catch you all later.
Afternoon Pat- - I saw the Goose Fair when scrolling through but can't remember which page
Good morning all
Restless night, up every two hours so I've given up.
DD - hang in there. . with a falling £, the owner may accept a slightly higher offer.
Yvie - I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks Joyce. I'll keep trying.
