Hi folks, just back from Nanna duty.  Have lost voice completely now so today was fun looking after a 3 year old.  Actually she was quite good and spent a lot of the day 'looking after me' with her doctors kit.

Think it was Fairy who asked if I had watched Angleby, yes I did and I loved it.

Don't you just love finding new babies and sharing.   Some more of the autumn daffs have appeared at the foot of our gate wall.   You can see why I thought they were crocuses.

This pm has been spent re-building a wardrobe - old style oak with 4 sections but we got there.  It has now been thoroughly fed with a beeswax based product and is sat purring.   Polish and fill tomorrow.

Forgot to say, serious dance class went well last night.  She says we clearly have a good base of steps and technique.  Christophe (Belgian champion with his dance partner a mere 30 times in his career) will be so pleased.

SGV - good to see you around.   Catnap - lovely communal gardens which must give loads of pleasure to residents.

Jigsaws - very absorbing!   Far too busy at the mo but will have a look in winter when things have calmed down and it's dark outside.

Chili sounds good Dove.  We're having grey mullet from the market and I'm going to try an Atul Kochar recipe on BBC Food.  Friday always used to be a quick spag bol before going to manage 3 hours of dance class so it's rather nice to have a proper dinner.

Obelix those are absolutely gorgeous - green with envy - but I don't have a lovely old stone wall to set them off so beautifully .

Obelixx, those daffs are very pretty. But they do look like crocuses image

Evening all. Lovely pic obelixx. Nice when you get a little bonus  image

Bit unpleasant here - hasn't got above  twelve/thirteen at any point. Cold wind. Rainy now.

Joyce - if you do a search of 'mountains' or 'Scottish mountains' you'll find mine. Go into 'Explore' and click on 'popular tags'. If mountains isn't listed, type it in to the search box image

Nice to see Steve - thought he'd abandoned us...image image

Has anyone heard from doc? He's been away a long time...image
