I'm not going to lie - it took ten mins to finish off the path, including binning the bags and putting the scissors away. Normally I power through stuff when I'm off work but today have been v lazy
Well I did hobble out ( took a tumble but shhhh don't tell hubs) and did a spot of deadheading Then checked out overwintering geraniums in the greenhouse which required some manky leaf removals, some had quite a few buds on them.
Look like your really busy Victoria at the moment with the allotment and that.
Today I've pruned the grape vine, washed most of my pots for seedling in the kitchen which made a total mess, spent more time cleaning up after myself. Need to get the rubber out to clean off all my plant label next.
You're not hurt, I hope flowers? Be careful out there!
I like to have a winter project perki, it burns time til the daffs come up I wouldn't like to think what my kitchen would look like if I brought the pots in...its bad enough when I pot the seedlings on on the cooker hob
Today is bitterly cold and very wet, so apart from the weekly trek around Tesco this morning and a quick dash out to my compost heap to throw some bits on - I am going nowhere!
But yesterday was glorious - OH and I topped out the Leylandii and shredded the branches, already the garden looks tidier. It made me realise how much I miss my pottering outside during the winter.
I did notice all the bulbs beginning to emerge and I am quite excited about the prospect of Spring!

This morning I dug up another gooseberry bush and put it in the front garden.
Haven't "seen" Michael this year. Hope he's OK.
