    Morning all.

Going to Southwold today. Used to go there for family holiday when I was a child as Granny lived there.

But it's drizzling here, not forecast. The washing was still damp last night as it was muggy so left it out, now it's damper and some I need to pack to take back to France tomorrow. Hope it clears up.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Enjoy Southwold today BL - we went the other week - the first time ever without having someone there to visit - it seemed strange but in some ways liberating - it meant we could enjoy it without feeling guilty that we should be with the Aged Ps.  It's a lovely place but it was always their place - now when we visit we can enjoy it on our own terms. image

Fairy, - re Confession - I will do it, promise - it's such a good one - if they do it I'll let you know. image

Ohh - I'm all ears then Dove  image

Perhaps I should do mine then - about using the ex's toothbrush to clean the loo....

nah - I don't want forgiven for that - it was the least he deserved!  I'll refer to your Archers storyline....image

Joyce - Novak can go and take his evil eyes elsewhere then. I think he played a whole match last time though...or have I got that wrong? I don't have the Sport channel to watch it unfortunately.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Fairy, Novak has only played two matches. Tsonga retired last night. He plays Monfils next. The Paralympics next and the Davis Cup. . . I've had a summer full of sport and wonder why the garden has been neglected. . . . . I'll have three hours in it today though.image

Thank you to for surprise donations my lovely gardening friends!

I have to admit I wasn't expecting to come on here and find toothbrush confessions when I thought about calling you all wonderful though!

I've just found an ideal chicken coop on gumtree: but it wont let me email the person! (Even on his other adds). So frustrated!

In for a quick sandwich and a cuppa then back to garden. I've an hour left and it looks as the rain might come.

Grass still too wet to cut despite warm sun and a nice breeze. Sorry Dove.

Cuppa and a sit down and see how it pans out later.

  • It's dry and warm here Hosta - just overcast and very muggy!

I'm back from 90 minutes of indoor tennis and need a shower image, but first we have to go to B&Q to get some wall boards cut for one end of the studio - we may be able to bring them back in the car with the top down, or could have them delivered ...
