    There you go RB.

They don't fidget. If you say 'I don't have one' they'll just hang up. Scum sucking parasitic  ****wits.

We had two calls today at work. My colleague and I had a great time taking the p**s out of 'Mike Wilson' the first time, then 'David'- the same person of course. He got very annoyed with us when we didn't take him seriously about the 'terrible hackers on our computer' and the 'malicious threats to our safety when we were surfing the internet'.  When Leanne suggested she should call the police about it he got quite agitated....

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

They don't. That's the point. They're chancing their arm. They'll just make up some excuse to justify the call. Wrong number  etc.

We couldn't stop laughing. When he was getting annoyed with me, he then told me it was to do with the 'photographs' I have on the computer...tempting to say , ooh - is it the swimsuit ones David? image

I can't repeat what Leanne said to him....hilarious! image

RB - I remember a case from a while ago where a rogue employee was selling patient information.

Hi folks, I go missing for a couple of days and it takes me hours to read back, you have been a chatty lot.

Lots of potential with that garden Obelisk and the house is lovely.  Hope everything is going well.

Wonky congratulations on the new job, I don't blame you for being so excited.  Getting paid for doing smething you love is just fantastic.

Some people are just dispicable RB, hubby had the phone call about problems with computers the other day and I'm sick of all the ones I get via email.

Been busy looking after Jonah last night and today, tomorrow I'm on nanna duty with Mabel and Merri so no time for gardening this week.

Have loads of bulbs I need to plant and have to find homes for 6 2ltr perennials that I bought from Suttons for the bargain price of £15.00 in their sale.  Have no idea when I will be able to get it all sorted.

Off to have a look round.'see' you all later.

Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands
  • Evening all, just a quick pop in, been bonkers busy, sorry! image have read back, Runnybeake what scum su**ing beep beepers! Thank you everyone for the job congratulations! One of the things I had to do today was compose my months notice of resignation! Yay! image best of luck to Obelixx with the move.

The lousy weather this afternoon forced me to order some plants. . . .all perennials.

Fairy - Phormium Cream Delight is one of them.  After all, I can't keep looking at yours image

I had an email to say my bulb order will be delivered tomorrow so a mountain of potting up and potting on to be done.

BL -  the Bellis have been delivered so I can copy your trough from last spring. . . .. . they will get planted when the bedding plants are finished.

I certainly hope you all don't think that you are the only ones getting those entertaining phone calls. My strategy is to quietly put the phone on the bench and walk away. This ties up their line for a while. Hubby has surprised me with some language I've not been aware of before. image And loud as well.

There's still no storm here, thank goodness. The day is cold and cloudy however.  I wish theyd get their predictions right. I've more washing to do! They're holding me up.

i noticed that Joseph responded to the plant query Dove, but I'm sure he's wrong. It's not one of the heathers. Wrong flower shape for a start.

Made it to the weekend .....well nearly.

You've all reminded me that I'd better get on and order some bulbsimage.  Mostly tulips, which I won't plant til November anyway, but don't want them to have run outimage

    Have a great Fridayimage

Bright and dry here at the moment but there are thundery showers forecast. I'm going to pop up to the farm shop later - I wonder if I'll go into the GC and get more bulbs ?
