BL, so sorry about Tigger. I know it'll be hard to fill the gap. Sending hugs.

Really sorry to hear about Tigger Lizzie.  It's one thing knowing that it's going to happen in the near future - but when it does it's still heartbreaking.  You've done the kindest thing for him and he'll always have a special place within you.  You've had an awful lot of bad news in the past year so maybe you'll get a break now. ((Hugs)).

    Thank you.

I was going to see my daughter this evening but will go tomorrow morning instead. Don't really feel up to the drive. We've just come back from taking him to the vets. My favourite vet came this afternoon to put him to sleep but he had to go on to a sick horse. Tigger will be cremated and we will have the ashes. I have his collar and a lock of fur.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

So sorry, he looked like a dog full of character. RIP Tigger.

Oh BLESS I am sorry to see your news. At least he will be comfortable now.

Is this kornflake person a troll or just very dull / slow? My spam caller guard is up on the back of my neck. Maybe I am just unusually on guard and generally untrustworthy.

Have a wonderful evening everyone. I'm tempted to pop on my onsie and catch up on all the GWRS programmes I've missed.

  • So sorry to hear your sad news BusyL, we get so attached to our faithful friends and they leave a massive hole in our hearts but also leave us with lovely memories, best wishes and hugs xx
