Back from Nottingham.  Chicklets new house is lovely .....even has a bit of a garden.  Previous inhabitants must have left a bike behind when they left in June .....now looks like something from sleeping beauty's castle:

Like the new line in garden ornament Chicky image

Had to put Poldark on 'freeze' for half an hour last night - the police helicopter with searchlight on was circling over nearby golf course and marshes, we couldn't hear the telly!  Don't know what it was about - there's nothing on the local news websites this morning - after half an hour the chopper suddenly sped away in the direction of the airport.

    Hi everyone.

ive had a phone conversation with my Dr this afternoon and we are adjusting the medication and I'll see her next Monday.  She's fully booked until then. So it's now go, go, go.image

Morning all.  There's a house in the village where they've got a bicycle coming out of the wall and onto the pavement.  They put flowers in the basket on the handlebars.   Looks good.

Bright and sunny again here so I've had the sprinkler on my pot collection whilst sorting out one of my pantry cupboards.   More sorting while waiting for chappy to come and check our leccy installation - house sale requirement - and then chair painting.

i'm going to have to sprinkle the beds at this rate or I'll run out of time to rescue treasures to start my new garden off - certain shades of geum and hemerocallis and potentilla that I only see at plant fairs and a chunk of my lysimachia clethroides alba and the fancier persicarias.........

OH is having fun packing books and dismantling Billy shelves for the dump - they can't take the weight.  What use is a bookcase that can't cope with books?

I might need a snoozle later on as I was awake half the night reading the new Harry Potter from start to finish.    OH's fault for waking me up snoring.

    Morning all.

More comfortable night last night. No pain, just aches. Improvement.

Merest hint of drizzle so no grass cutting for this morning.

I'm glad I declined the very kind offer of another shift at work to-day.

  • Morning all.

Rather overcast again this morning, but not cold.

Love the bike pic Chicky. Hope they leave it to 'grow' .

Must get to a GC sometime this week. Need to do my winter pots and wall  'basket' .

Aparently Poldark has made a few 'errors' like using the wrong type of dog, a 'printed' document and a fire alarm on the outside of one of the  buildings,  oops image

Washing to be done this morning then more painting image

Have good day everyone, at work rest or play.

    Take care, TTFN xx

Morning all. Blue sky and sunny image

Afternoon Pat. hope the adjustment in medication is successfulimage

Downsizing the house was a good idea obelixx. Much more time for an 'upsized' garden with lots of your treasures going with you.

Looks like you might be helping out in chicklets garden, chicky.
