    Morning all.

Good excuse to take it easy Pat. Have a rest for a change.

Coalface duties today, but just checkouts so no real stress.

Morning all who are up and those to come. Afties Pat - I guess Hosta's right - a day for taking it easy. Hope you're feeling a bit better too  image

Work Hosta - who invented that? Did you sleep better last night?

Saw that the boys won - didn't want to mention Friday's result.... Hard job to do today now. image

I'm going to sort my photos - it may take a while. Legs are feeling it a bit today. Must be getting old image

Moon was lovely again last night so I took a couple of pix

last night's sleep wasn't much better Fairy. The pain in my neck / shoulder was so intense when it woke  me, I couldn't even move more than mm at a time.

    Getting old is rubbish.

Morning Hosta, Fairy and those to come, hi Patimage

Beautiful moon pics Fairyimage.  Looking forward to the pics of yesterday's jaunt tooimage.  Don't know about you getting old though - you could run rings round me.

Pat at least you've got the forecast rain now.  Shame it's cold rain thoughimage.  Pixel won't have been keen to go out (or HRH for that matter).  Keep warm and dryimage.

Shame about work Hosta.  Are you sure checkouts are less stressful?  My experience as a shopper is that SM's don't have enough checkouts open and the queue starts tutting and looking around for someone else to open.  Not me thoughimage.

Off for the dog walk.  See you laterimage

    Aach - you're just a young thing really Hosta....image

It's horrible when you have a nagging pain though. Can't get comfy no matter what you do.  image

Lesley, you're right about Pixel. She kept asking to go out and was let out, but very quickly was back looking through the window wanting to get near the fire. HRH had a couple of quick trips out, but has been beside me on the lounge all day. She's so jealous. I can't believe how she is.

lovely pics of the moon Fairy. I haven't been able to get good one. My camera isn't good enough.

Fine and dry outside. Grass looks a little greener. OH is downstairs making coffee. I'm still in bed image

Hosta get that neck looked at. It may be something to do with your driving position. Sounds like what happens toe if I get the car seat set up wrong and then do a lot of driving. You need physio. Also google how to set up the seat properly in your delivery van. Work should do a workstation assessment PVC the van just as they would for an office desk etc.
