Well, there's the Paralympics - and I probably need to do a bit of h*wk and gardening too ... and there's chutney to be made ... then there's the C*mas lists to be made

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning all. A rare weekend visit for me. Have acquired a wee tablet so hence I am popping in. Getting very domesticated here, washing on some ironing done. Coffee time I think. Weather here is nice suns out and a gentle breeze.
Morning all, Grey start but brightening up as we speak. Need to get out in the garden today and sort out the deadheading before Holibobs also have to do some much needed housework. Have done most of the packing (another job I hate).
Had just got to sleep after the excitement, and was woken by the sound of breaking glass and screaming. Got up, thinking the worst, and it was NDN's stepson smashing the windows of their house, sorry to say I was not only relieved, but rather pleased that someone else dislikes him too!
Now I am slightly worried, firstly in case he does it to our house, and secondly, it is not the first time we have heard him having screaming fits, should I be doing something?
Just woken up, and one of the Yew trees had 5 Redwings, eating the berries. I am sure it is at least a month earlier than usual. What does it mean?
Have a good day everyone.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
doc - hope he doesn't make a move on your house. Do you have a security camera or anything?
It means autumn's well and truly here
I was commenting last week on the rowans - they've been even earlier than normal here, but the berries on them are post box red and they're laden with them. Don't think I've ever seen them so heavy with berries. Really beautiful
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I think there must be a wire loose in my bonce because I don't mind ironoing. Dove a bacon butty is certainly payment enough for a shirt. Spent much time getting the creases right in my number one uniform before a parade so no probs. Doc it can't be easy with NDN like that but I happen to know some chaps who are very good at sorting problems

A blue cotton shirt needs flattening here Bushman - not really worth me getting the ir*n out for just one thing
I can pay you with one of these ...

I rarely do ironing now
There's a new drama starting on BBC 1 on Tuesday as well. Little fairylet's birthday that day - will make her a chocolate cake - her favourite
Just as well there's no 'lympics after today - I might actually get something done outside...
Glad you're getting settled a bit now B'man. Can you send over some sun - I've got washing to put out and it's a bit rubbish out there
I seem to have two toenails coming off - the ones next to my pinkies. Would superglue work do you think?

Hi all.
magnificent Mo, wonderful relay girls.
