ironically , the thing that got me to sleep was drinking a pot, yes a pot, of tea. Real tea, real caffeine.

    How's Ma Dove?

Cheers Hosta image  Bro visited yesterday - she was tired and weak but awake - he talked to her about keeping pigs on the farm when we were children and she remembered that.  image

No one visiting her today but the lovely staff will be with her.  I'm visiting tomorrow with Wonky.

Beaus Mum image  good to see you image

Hi Hosta, I read about your sleeping problems bless ya and really think even if you are shattered don't give in and have afternoon nap, go to bed early or go back to sleep for couple of hours in the morning.  Also don't have clock in your bedroom unless of course you have to use the alarm! It's best not to know the time.  Have you tried listening to talk radio? Works for me and also you can listen to recordings of gardeners question time etc

i always have cup of tea before bed image

Just had a delivery from Paddock Plants. I have never used them before, but they were recommended by someone on here.

Very good quality, delivered when they said, and a good price.

How can you lie there and think of England
When you don't even know who's in the team
