It doesn't really get much more loving than 70 years, Dove.
It's a strange thing to think, but I have to say spring is my "favourite" time for passings. I remember scattering my dads ashes at Rowardennan on the banks of Loch Lomond. Surrounded by trees just coming into bud and blossom, it was a reminder that life continues and it's up to us to carry those memories on and continue to enjoy life as much as we can.
Dove I don't want to call you in case your asleep! Sounds like Grandma just slept and didn't wake, peaceful.
I'm glad you had this lot for support and company through the night, thank you everyone for you kind words and wishes, hugs and comfort to both of us! Xx
