Kef, Fairy, SGL, Flowers, Liri and all! Thanks for kind thoughts for Dove and myself, you are very comforting on here, its very much appreciated, thank you x
DD enjoy your hot cross bun! Glad you had a great time with Hosta
Glad your home safely BusyL, sounds like your making the place your own, good you have nice neighbours
Fidget, I was one of the lucky folk to take 2 of your raspberry ripple aqualigia home from bressingham, no flowers yet but plants are looking big and healthy, thank you
A day of pottering for me, annuals to prick out include cosmos, phlox, snap dragon, Livingstone dairy, floss flower, zinnia and I'm sure there's more I can't remember!
Perennial seeds I think I started a bit early, but geranium painters pallet, I had 7 come through, promised two to Dove as they are both artists, thought this appropriate! Gaillardia had some success with and penstemon and rudbeckia, but not as many shoots as I'd have liked, start a bit later next time I think! also have sweet peas to nip out after I've studied DavidK's advice!
Snow here, but sun coming out, far too cold to garden.
Had internet converted to fibre yesterday, speed increased from 2.5 t0 45, result.
Escalation in neighbour situation last night. I had just returned with take away, as he arrived home from work, I said hello as I always do, and he ignored me as he always does.
Possibly rather stupidly, I said, "still be an ignorant #### then", at which point he advanced towards me, and I thought he was about to thump me, so I backed off. { cowardly or sensible? }
Sadly no one there to witness it. If I am honest, it was rather scary. Have not told OH., as I know she will be upset.
Glad Mr. C is better.
Hugs to Dove and Lyn.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Hugs for Chicky, Lyn, Dove and Wonky, and I hope Pandas tooth hole is better. No alcohol for a week for Panda, but I suspect the rest of you will need a stiff one.
Lynn, at least he is at home. Dad wanted to come home from the hospital, but with no extra care except from family, no special bed or hoist, it was never going to work. I hope he is peaceful now.
I've no idea what they put in that anesthetic the other day , but I've been sleeping like a log ever since. 11 hours last night - 1 hour ( ish )awake around 5am.
Bacon butty then we're off to Torquay for the day. Priscilla Queen of the Desert at the Theatre this afternoon then Chinese booked for this evening.
Hotel have changed our room to ground floor , bless'em.
Hubby told me this morning he's booked us for Chicago in July, ( the show, not Illinois)
Great to hear you sounding so well Hosta .....and sleeping too. Maybe it is the weight off your mind helping too. Sorry to hear the neighbour is still being a wotsit Pdoc - maybe one day soon he'll grow up and realise his attitude is helping noone
Hope Lyn and Pa Lyn had a more comfortable and restful night.
Sitting waiting for Mr C's new medicines to arrive, then we are free to go home. Thanks for being here for me over the last few days (and weeks, and months ).
Hosta - enjoy Glad your sleep has improved - thought it might
Just back from GC with a boot full of MPC - I'll leave it for OH to unload when he gets home from work as my neck feels just a little bit crook and I don't want to set it off again. We'll be going back to the GC tomorrow as they have some nice rocks which will go well with the others at the back of the pond. OH can lift those for me too

P'doc - in answer to your query - sensible! Although your appraisal of your first action is probably right too!!!
Have you not got cctv on your car parking area?
Good morning Wonky
Have a good weekend both of you ((hugs)).
Hope Lyn had a relatively restful night.
Think I'd better make room in the boot of the car for some bags of compost - GC has 20% off for club members this weekend
