Recut a new border (did have a wavy border but it was uneven and looked messy), don't think it looks too bad for my first ever attempt, back is aching now though!
Busy day. Dug a new bed. Trying one of those tubs of seeds that are meant to give a complete flower bed. Will see if it works. I was impressed with the results when they did one on Beechgrove.
Dug over lots of soil ready to plant in. Pricked out some seedlings. Pulled lots of weeds up from the lawn. Thinned out some turnip seedlings.
Radio on in the greenhouse. A tribute show on dedicated to Doris Day....can't stop humming Whip Crack Away now!!
That was kind of her Verd. Did you ask for seconds?
I fed my grass, sowed some more sweet peas and potted up some Acidantheras - handy in the sunnier border. Also sowed the harebells I got - they are so tiny!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
