I planted Diana Clare yesterday, near Blue Ensign. At least it's a plant that deer don't eat.

Sissinghurst white is good too.   I have an unknown variety with very silvery leaves and deep blue flowers.   Any ideas?   Not that it really matters as I like it anyway.

so far I have planted out four rose bushes, two verbascums, three iris, five geraniums and...let me think what else, image oh yes much underplaying. Everything's squeezed in, back outside to get some lupins and more iris in the ground now image

Perki, mine is pink and blue with lovely spotted leaves, Need to have a look at the others. Planted it today in a nice shady spot that needed some colour. Also painted the fence and cemented in between the patio slabs.Getting ready for summer. Can anyone tell me what is eating the flowers  of  my potted primroses?

Have weeded, dug, raked and manured in veg garden. Planted out 58 baby broad bean plants. Re-potted golden philadelphus into big pot, probably it's last time, won't be able to lift it again, it was heavy.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Busy-Lizzie you have been busy. I dug out two Rhodi bushes and gave them to my neighbour. That was a job and a half, but leaves me LOADS of room for new plants. Trying to bring in bees and butterflies . So any suggestions on bee friendly plants would bee most appreciated.
